I guess that's a benefit of having a common name... I don't show up on Google.

Take heart, you're not all the way in Creepsville: in Firefox 2.x, if you put something into the Google searchbar, as you type, you get suggestions below the text bar. Your name doesn't come up as one of the suggestions, so there's a silver lining here. XD

(Today, I googled up "Milford Gamestop", looking for a phone number of the store I need - harder than it should be, there are four Gamestops in Milford - and... my article that was critical of Gamestop's trade-in policy for the Wii and PS3 was the third unique link. Considering I'm going to be doing someone a favour and taking a part time position at said Gamestop... uh. XD

XD In that way, I guess I'm lucky. Googling my full name brings up everything from a 'learning grid manager' to a dog breeder to a contemporary artist.

I am safe in that respect. :) I've been smart enough to use "Valentine" for a last name (harhar Vincent fangirl) any time my information may be in the public eye. And with a last name like mine, well... It's not exactly "Smith." I'd be pretty easy to find.

(Although if you google Merryhellraiser.... you get all of my public entries. Which are nothing but ego stroking and bitching about retail. I rock!)
